Tout etait parfait, l'emplacement ideal à kyoto, magnifique quartier proche des transports en communs, commerces, centre d'intérêt, tout en étant très calme. Tres propre et bien équipé. Nos hotes étaient tres gentils et serviables. Tres bien chauffé, que ce soit les chambres ou les espaces communs, ce qui est plutôt rare au Japon dans cette gamme de prix. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai à coup sûr

It is really convience for the tourists who want to go to visit Kyoto.It near the bus stop and subway station .but not for the tourists who have a lots of heavy packges.you need to take the taxi to the Kyoto station.And the hosts are really nice and warm-hearted!!!the toilets are clean and have toasts for breakfast~

The owner made us feel like home. He was helpful in every way. Rooms are clean & tidy. All the amenities were splendid and exceeded expectations for the price paid! Location was convenient too! Situated near bus stop as well as short walk away from subway as well as attractions.

They have an actual, good, working heater that keeps you warm during the night. The staff was also really nice and helpful. They also includes breakfast, which was really nice in the morning.
